What is QR Tribe?
QR Tribe is a "Community Operating System" that uses QR codes to connect the physical world to digital experiences. We provide tools for run clubs, car meets, and businesses to track engagement, build leaderboards, and manage their brand identity.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free Tier allows you to create up to 3 QR codes and manage 1 Collaborator Seat. It includes basic tracking and our public leaderboard feature.

QR Codes & Tracking

Can I change the destination URL after printing?
Absolutely. One of the core benefits of QR Tribe is "Agile Redirects." You can update the destination URL for any of your QR codes instantly from your dashboard without ever needing to reprint the physical code.
What are "Branded Landing Pages"?
Branded Landing Pages are a premium feature for Business users. It allows you to create a professional page that visitors see after scanning. You can customize the logo, colors, and call-to-action message while maintaining the reliability of the QR Tribe engine.

Security & Privacy

How does "Lost Mode" work?
If you lose an item with one of your QR codes attached, you can mark it as "Lost" in your dashboard. When someone scans it, they will see a secure message allowing them to contact you without revealing your private contact info.
Are my marketing pixels safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to store your Facebook and Google pixel IDs. They are only injected into your specific branded landing pages.

Billing & Quotas

What happens if I reach my monthly scan limit?
If your organization reaches its monthly scan quota, your QR codes will automatically use any available "Top-up" credits. If you have no credits, visitors will see a "Limit Reached" page until your quota resets. We'll send you alerts at 80% and 100%.
Do Top-up credits expire?
Top-up scan bundles are valid for 1 full year from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to use them for special events or peak campaigns.
