Welcome to QR Tribe. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QR Tribe platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. "As-Is" Service & No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. QR Tribe makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Tribe, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or the inability to use the Service.
  • The failure of any QR code to redirect correctly.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

You acknowledge that physical materials (stickers, shirts, banners) printed with QR codes are produced at your own risk. We strongly recommend testing all codes digitally before physical production.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content and destination URLs associated with your QR codes. You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • The distribution of malware, phishing links, or spam.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these policies without notice or refund.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Fees: All fees are non-refundable.
  • Quotas: Monthly scan limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly scans do not roll over.
  • Top-ups: Scan top-up bundles are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
